For each unique Emergency Medicine provider that watches the high velocity therapy explainer video below and completes the subsequent form, Vapotherm will donate as follows*: 

• Emergency Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners within the emergency department: $10 to the Emergency Medicine Foundation® (EMF) 
• ED Residents or Fellows: $20 to EMF 
• ED Nurses: $10 to the Emergency Nurses Association™ Foundation (ENA) 
• Respiratory Therapists: $10 to The FACES Foundation®
